APSI or Indonesia School Psychology Association (Asosiasi Psikologi Sekolah Indonesia) was declared in 17 December 2003 at Handayani Building Auditorium, General Directorate for Elementary and Middle Level Education, Education Ministry in Jakarta. APSI is a national professional associations for school psychology, officially under Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI). APSI first background was Indonesian school psychologists responsibility to take care students who enroll in school acceleration programs. However, APSI roles were not limited to gifted and talented students, but also to take care all psychological problems in school settings, formal and informal school, in Indonesia.
